Why?? This is why:
i. Vigorous rocking can cause internal bleeding within the brain.
ii. Freak accidents can occur, like baby being thrown out of the 'buai' or get hit against the wall.
iii. Baby's head can dangled out of the 'buai' and may get strangulated by the 'kain'
iv. Baby's legs can dangled out of the 'buai' and baby may fell and be injured
v. If 'buai' is not properly attached to the ceiling, it can fall to the ground, baby and all and can results in many serious injuries.
vi. Tight 'buai' may suffocate the baby.
Continuing to use the 'buai' is courting with danger!!!
